We much prefer to work with companies that value their uniqueness and do not want a ‘cut & paste’ system or ‘tick in the box’ certificate. Your system will be implemented in your style – whatever that may be. We have used a simple, branded Microsoft Office document system on a server, through to visual hyperlinked systems created in Visio and Sharepoint and using cloud based systems such as Teamwork Spaces. We are able to train your own employees to manage and maintain the system or do that on your behalf, so you are never left with a system you cannot work with – it is your system after all.

Guiding you along your certification journey

We help you from the very start of your certification journey. From mapping out your system, writing up your processes and work instructions, carrying out internal audits and facilitation of management reviews. We run your ISO project via our Teamwork Online Portal so you always know where you are and what you need to do. On your behalf, we can liaise with your chosen UKAS accredited certification body and guide you through the certification visits. If you would like us to maintain your system after certification, we provide a retainer service to ensure that happens. Alternativly we can train your employees to become IRCA certified internal auditors and quality managers themselves.
